And I thought that the MONSTERTHICKBURGER was a joke. Thank you, Hardees. Thanks for making my dreams a reality.

I decided to checkout In-N-Out’s website, which happens to have a Map Quest sponsored tool to get you to all of their restaurants along your route.

It turns out that there are 7 In-N-Outs on the way to my buddy BK in Bezerkley. And the trip itself is not too bad — Total Distance: 3083.2 miles Estimated Time: 51 hours, 35 minutes. Unfortunately the 1st burger stand isn’t until ~3015 miles into the trip.

At long last, I have had my first In-N-Out burger (a double-double, actually). Maybe next time I’ll belly up and have the next size up.

Unfortunately, I missed my chance at Chicagoland’s own Prodigal Son … the bar known for deep fried bacon. PBRs and fried bacon … bring it back!
