I’ve probably been to this motel, the link from Doc Wolf. Having lived in Binghamton for a stint … covering yourself in Vaseline is about all you can do to make it interesting. Even a guy from *Virginia* was bored!

No More Vacations.

Monday, October 6th, 2003

My vacations for this calendar year have come to an official end. (With the exception of the traditional forced/optional 52nd week of the year.) The three weeks in Asia was well worth it (photos will be posted once we start sorting through them).

It seems almost impossible to catch up on the random links people have sent me, emails, etc. And of course, news. Within the scope of less than an hour, it was learned that a friend of mine is getting into politics and a prime staple of Las Vegas, Roy Horn, was attacked and dragged off stage by a tiger.

Somewhere are some links wrt eating meat and the Whitehouse spy fiasco. We’ll get those post in the next few days.

AA Does Something Right

Recently flying via San Juan back to Boston, my ~5:00pm flight was delayed until ~1:30am that night. Nothing like taking the red-eye flight in the same timezone. Arriving back in my apartment sometime after 5:00am very tired, having left Tortola at noon the day before.

American Airlines wrote me an apology email and gave me 10,000 bonus miles. The airline industry must still be in the crapper.

Ouch!

It seems like the old aD folks are coming out the wood work lately. Lukcily, Greg is ok after his first accident on his newish BMW K1200RS. I’m assuming he is okay b/c he aimed me the link while I was sleeping:
